How It Works

The Biomotum SPARK has a waist unit for the controls and battery, and a leg unit that provides the ankle motion. The SPARK delivers torque to the ankle that is proportional to the pressure under the foot.

Think: e-bike for your feet.

Every neurologic patient is unique. SPARK delivers personalized levels of assistance for each leg, ensuring an optimal gait training experience. Peak torques of up to 25Nm can be delivered.

The SPARK can be used during important functional walking tasks, including stairs, ramps and uneven surfaces.
